Product Manager – AI Travel Voice Assistant

Location: Stanford / Palo Alto / Hybrid

Duration: Flexible (Full-time, Contractor)

About Us:

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation AI-powered travel voice assistant for the U.S. market. You will define and execute the product vision for an intelligent, conversational travel companion that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice technologies to help users plan trips, navigate destinations, and communicate effortlessly. This role requires deep understanding of both mobile app ecosystems (Android & iOS) and the evolving landscape of AI-driven voice applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product roadmap and strategy for the AI travel assistant targeting U.S. users.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — AI research, NLP/LLM engineering, speech recognition, design, and mobile development.

  • Drive end-to-end product execution: from concept, requirements, and user stories to launch and post-release iteration.

  • Translate market and user insights into actionable features, optimizing voice interaction and multimodal UX.

  • Work closely with data scientists to evaluate user engagement, voice accuracy, and model quality.

  • Monitor emerging LLM and AI technologies to identify integration and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including launching AI or voice-based mobile products.

  • Proven understanding of Android and iOS product development lifecycles.

  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based or conversational AI products (ChatGPT, Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to align diverse global teams.

  • Experience working with U.S. market consumer products or international product localization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for travel and understanding of traveler behavior, needs, and pain points.

  • Prior experience with voice dialogue AI, speech-to-text, or multimodal user experiences.

  • Familiarity with LLM product tuning, prompt engineering, or AI safety considerations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive U.S. salary (Bay Area benchmark) + performance-based bonus.

  • Stock options and product milestone incentives.

  • Flexible working hours & remote-friendly environment.
